Mwambao presented at the South African Institute of International Affairs EbA workshop in Dar, detailing our work with coastal-communities to implement sustainable resource management plans including temporary octopus fisheries closures, reef restoration and our Eco-credit pilot scheme.
The workshop brought together policy makers, researchers, NGOs and the private sector giving an opportunity to share knowledge and experience, and discuss the opportunities and challenges associated with coastal and marine EbA in Tanzania.
